This is the beginning of my weight loss journey for the upteenth time... This is it Now is The Time thanks to my supportive husband that helped me name my Blog. Blogging is new to me so here we go...Thanks to my son Brock for starting his weight loss blog. It has encouraged me to do it!! Wish me luck..
